Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska Spółka Akcyjna (PTE Allianz Polska S.A.) and Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna. As a result of the merger, the total balances in the accounts of the funds managed by PTE Allianz Polska S.A. are: Allianz Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny and Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny hold 12,241,453 shares in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., representing 6.12% of the Company’s share capital.

As at 31 December 2022 and as at the date of signing this report, the share capital of the Company, in accordance with the entry in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, amounted to PLN 2,000 million and was divided into 200 million shares, series A, fully paid, having a face value of PLN 10 each. All shares are bearer shares. The Company has not issued preference shares. Each share grants the right to one vote at the general meeting. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
In 2022 and 2021, there was no change in either registered share capital or in the number of outstanding shares issued. Moreover, in 2022 and 2021 there were no changes in the ownership structure of significant blocks of shares of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
The Company’s shareholder structure as at 31 December 2022, established on the basis of notifications received by the Company pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies, was as follows:
