OHS Policy
Since 2014, the Company has had a uniform Occupational Health and Safety Policy in place, which was redefined in 2020. Inherent threats have been identified for each and every job.
Job risk assessment is an integral part of occupational health and safety and is conducted for all employees and updated on an ongoing basis. Working environments are continually monitored and periodic reviews and potential threat assessments are conducted, as well as reviews of equipment and required technical checks and approvals. Employee training is an important element in ensuring the effectiveness of the implemented measures. This is why the entire workforce is familiar with the assessment of risk existing in the specific job. The company has procedures in place for identifying incidents and mitigating hazardous situations, and new regulations and legal requirements for occupational safety are implemented immediately.
